  • Physical;
  • Psychological;
  • Moral.

These levels must be balanced. Because they balance and compliment each other. Once one sags, all others fall.

There are various crucial steps to harmony on these three levels.

Information

The expression “What you think about, you become” describes this.In ignorance, we download a lot of information into ourselves, which influences our thinking and lifestyle. Easy to follow. In a film about a tragedy, the main character picks up a drink to drown out his sadness. This appears in most modern films. What do individuals around us do initially when they have problems? Yes, they take the bottle. There are many examples.

Advertising businesses pay high sums to get their product in the frame, forcing us to adopt unnatural behaviours. Alcohol, tobacco, and other intoxicants are promoted in films, ads, and TV shows. Whether we like it or not, our subcortex stores it.

Fortunately, all this trash can be replaced. We can replace mental information like we can computer folders.

Thus, information replacement begins a healthy lifestyle. This will help us grasp the issue and why we want to improve our life.

Fighting this addiction is difficult but possible. Everyone takes different time, but the result is worth it. Instead of forbidding sweets, consume one or two kilogrammes of fresh fruit daily. This mindset will make it simpler to give up sugar, and fruits' healthy components will improve your health.

What occurs after quitting sugar? Your effectiveness and vigour will improve several times, exhaustion and despair will disappear, and food will taste real. Sugar destroys taste buds and causes food insensitivity over time. Fresh fruits and veggies have a wonderful flavour that will surprise you!

Physical activity

Many articles advocating a healthy lifestyle include a line about sports. This is truer, but there are risks.

Sport is considerably different from physical activities. “Physical education heals, sport cripples” applies. Know that severe physical exercise will harm your health and cause many disorders and injuries.
